- All our products are delivered electronically. Immediately after you make your payment, you will be provided with a download link so that you can download your purchase instantly. However, in order to protect ourselves from fraudulent payments, we need to wait for the order to process before sending a license key. This takes an average of 24 hours. While waiting for the license key, you are welcome to download the product, install it, and run it in trial mode. Once you receive the license key, you can then register it.

By purchasing software on the Shoparhive.com website you agree that you have accepted and understand the software's capabilities and capacity to carry out the specific operation for which it is intended. Further, no refunds can be offered or given to customers after the purchase of software in a case where the customer decides that the software cannot fulfil their expectations. A refund may be considered if the software fails to function in part or completely. However the customer may be required to provide video evidence showing the software failing to function before a refund will be considered. Due to the nature of digital downloads, and the ease of which downloadable software can be reproduced, we have to take necessary precautions against attempted fraud.
- Ordering
- Orders can be placed on the ShopNRoll web site, by simply adding the products in your cart and following the checkout instructions. We do not accept orders by telephone.
- Order inquiries
- Check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our Purchase History page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your ShopNRoll orders. When you click on Purchase History you will be prompted to log in with your username and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders. After your order is shipped, your license key will be displayed.
- Order cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before they are delivered. We will make every effort to assist you with canceling an order once it has been placed. Due to the volume of orders that we process each day, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order. We cannot guarantee our ability to make changes or cancellations to an order. If cancellations or changes are possible, we will do all we can to accommodate.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- ShopnRoll.com reserves the right to hold orders until payment has cleared, and cancel any order wherein payment is not adequate. ShopnRoll.com reserves the right to start and stop any given promotion at anytime. Listed prices are non-negotiable.
- Viewing Orders
- You can view any current and past orders by logging into your account. Simply click the Log in link to visit your account dashboard. Then click Purchase History. You can then view all current and past orders.
- Updating Account Information
- To update your account information, click on the Account link located at the top of each page on http://shopnroll.com/. Then you will see options to modify your name, password, communications preferences.
- Forgotten Password
- If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the Sign In or Account pages. We'll ask for the original email address that you used to create your account and a new password will be sent to you.
