How can I access my account information?
Click "My Account" in the top left-hand corner of this page and follow the instructions.
What information can be viewed or modified in my Account?
Your can view your order status, download the products that you purchased and view the license key. You can modify your name, password, and communications preferences.
I have placed an order on the website, but how do I access the product?
To access your products, check for updates and/or obtain your product key, please follow the instructions listed below:
  1. Go to your account and click on the Login tab.
  2. Enter in your username and password. If you forgot your password or one has not been assigned to you, click on Forgot Your Password?. An email will be sent to you explaining how your password can be reset or setup for the first time.
  3. Your Purchase History page will be displayed listing your purchased products and product keys.
  4. Click on the product you would like to update following the instructions provided.
Please note that all electronic downloads are automatically added to our system. If you purchased an electronic download click on Forgot Password. An email will be sent to you explaining how your password can be setup for the first time.
How long will it take to receive my license information?
If the checkout process is completed during our business hours, it will usually take less than 6 hours for us to review your order and email you your license information. Due to increased workload this can sometimes take longer. In no case will it take longer than one business day for us to review your order, and if accepted, send you your confirmation email. The license key will be posted on your account page. You will be provided with a download link so that you can download your purchase instantly. If you have not received any notification from us within one business day of completing your checkout, please check to see if our email was blocked or filtered by your spam management system. Make sure that any email from support@shopnroll.com will not get blocked, otherwise we may be unable to deliver the license information you have purchased. If you are unable to find any such email from us please contact us so we can have it resent. We are finding that about 1 in 10 customers does not receive the confirmation email we send when the order is approved. This is usually because it has been blocked due to aggressive spam filtering. It seems that most spam filters regard anything pertaining to an online purchase or order as spam. Any decent filtering system will have a way to "white-list" certain email addresses or domains. We strongly recommend you white-list the domain from which we send all our email - shopnroll.com.
I am trying to install the software and it is asking me for a product key. Where do I find the product key?

My key isn't working. I've tried it several times, but it doesn't seem to work.
On rare occasion, you might accidentally receive an invalid key. Simply send an e-mail to support at shop n roll dot com explaining that you think that you have an invalid key, and we will fix the issue right away.
How can you sell it much cheaper than any other stores?
We minimize our overhead by stocking mostly top selling software only and try to get the best deals for them. We sell the same software as the box version without the box and the manual. By foregoing the box and typically slim manuals you end up saving a considerable amount. We also use promotional prices, and do not ship or own DVDs or CDs.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept online credit card payments and payments through Paypal accounts. Your credit card information goes directly to PayPal, is not registered by ShopNRoll and is protected by high-level encryption. PayPal is a secure online payment processing company. PayPal is a reputable, easy-to-use payment processor, it has millions of customers worldwide and it makes for easy transaction for customers around the world.
What currency am I charged in?
All orders are charged in US dollars.
Are all of your prices in U.S. dollars?
Our default pricing currency is U.S. dollars. However, if you are located outside the United States, our Web site will present you with a Change Currency menu on the left side of the page. Simply click the Change Currency menu to select the currency you would like to use. During checkout, your transaction will be processed in US dollars.
Do you provide technical support?
We provide support in cases the question are about software installation, download, and burning CD images. We apologize up front, but we are unable to provide technical support. With the combination of low prices and the highly competitive nature of the software business we are not able to provide technical support for a product.
